Summary command

Use the Summary command to summarize data and print the summary in your report. The program sorts, groups and summarizes in a single step. You can use summaries:

This command is only active after you have selected a field to summarize. When you choose the Summary command, the Insert Summary dialog box appears.

Note:    This command is also available as a button on the Standard toolbar.
